This recipe uses Big Green Egg Classic Steakhouse Seasoning
Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
Season the steak on both sides with the Big Green Egg Classic Steakhouse Seasoning. Set aside until it reaches room temperature.
Place the steak on the grid and grill for 8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F/54°C. Remove the steak from the EGG and let rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
While the steak is resting, mix the Taylor Farms® Caesar Chopped Kit. Place on the steak top of the Caesar salad and serve.
