Grillin’ Garry’s Garlic Parmesan Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • Chicken Legs 
  • 1/2 cups (120 ml) favorite chicken wing rub 
  • 1/2 cups (120 ml) butter, melted 
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) garlic powder 
  • 1/2 cups (120 ml) Parmesan Cheese 

Instructions

Step 1

Set the EGG for direct cooking at 375°F/190°C.

Step 2

Season the chicken legs with your favorite chicken wing rub. Mix the butter and the garlic powder together.

Step 3

Add the chicken to the EGG. Turn 90° every 5 minutes and baste with garlic butter until an internal temperature of 165°F/73°C.

Step 4

Remove the chicken from the EGG and place in a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cover the pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
